Just a few weeks after giving birth to her first child in July, Lindsay Lohan is back on social media showing some love and appreciation for her postpartum body.
Alongside a lo-fi, makeup-free mirror selfie, Lohan wrote, “I am so proud of what this body was able to accomplish during these months of pregnancy and now, recovery. Having a baby is the greatest joy in the world! My OOTD lately is my @fridamom postpartum underwear. Because I’m not a regular mom, I’m a postpartum mom.” That last bit, obviously, is a reference to an iconic line from Mean Girls, “I’m not a regular mom, I’m a cool mom.”

Lohan’s reps confirmed that the actor had given birth to a son named Luai, whom she shares with husband Bader Shammas, on July 17, per Page Six. Luai, whose name means “shield” or “protector,” was born in Dubai, where Lohan lives. “The family is over the moon in love,” representatives for Lohan said in a statement.
She first announced her pregnancy on Instagram on March 14, with a picture of a baby’s onesie reading “Coming soon” in script. “We are blessed and excited!” she wrote at the time. Since then, Lindsay Lohan has been sharing intermittent updates to her pregnancy on her social media with fans, including a peek at her baby shower in April and, in July, a glimpse at Luai’s nursery.
